Traditional Architecture

Stone and living conditions were determinant characteristics of traditional architecture. Rational usage of space, materials and work force was present with no exception. Alongside conquering the territory with building houses and settling; techniques of building wells, barns, threshing floors and dry stone walls were developed as a particular weapon in cultivating and taming nature for man. Heart and soul of every house was a hearth with space for food storage, space to talk, sing and all other sorts of things. Genuine functionality that is built into beautiful houses with harmonious proportions, straight lines and geometrical conciseness is what makes them eternal.
